Frequently Asked Questions

  • Honesty , transparency and respect for my customers , your trusting me with your pride and joy I want you to know the level of service offered , the only reason I can see for me NOT to having multiple pictures of bikes secured and ready to go in the vehicle used on my site is because as a provide I thought you never book me I did or I’m not providing the advertised level of service in the words a pictures worth a 1000 words. I like happy customers and to meet expectations, If customers wants a huge truck service and I turn up in a van customer going to feel ripped off.

  • Yes , what you see is what you get. I personal transport your bike every step of the way , no subcontractors / no trailers / no shuffling from vehicle to vehicles / no storing till I’ve enough bikes to make a run just me in the van pictured

  • Strap placement in short , yes I don’t use tie downs so for me it’s a no brainer but for the guys running the industry standard look and ask yourself will ratchets rub on the body work , has the suspension bean compression so there less than 1 inch of movement so when the driver breaks hard at 100 km/h the hooks don’t come off , is the frount wheel on a hard stop ,straps 30°-45° angle between the motorcycle attachment point and the tie-down anchor etc etc , will the bikes rock back on steep hills , in short would you be happy the way the bikes secured for the number of days or weeks in transport. If bikes secured by the axel and Murphy’s law strikes with a slow puncher will it fall over etc etc

  • Yes I only ever transport bike I’m a dedicated bikes only service , it’s a very important Quetion to ask I never transport general goods , so unfortunately no I can’t take you fridge as well 😊

  • Normal in the time it takes you to drive the distance direct -+ 1 or 2 day to allow for country collections and working with customers schedules on collection and delivery, you can all ways phone me direct with quetions or just for piece of mind :) if a company quotes longer ask were my bike in that missing time ?

  • Yes , it’s the only way to Guarantee quality of service , someone see me load and secure some one see me unload at destination and that’s the only times the bikes are touched , no repeated shuffling vehicles or storing , loading unloading to the next vehicle in the chain I’m simply direct to you service

  • provides will call marine / transit insurance " fully insured " or “Transit Insurance” or "compleat" "comprehensive" or "insurance included" make you think you getting accidental damage insurance the golden rule all ways simple ask “do you have accidental damage insurance “ and always use the golden word “accedental “

Marine Insurance only covers Fire, theft and rollover etc so your bikes not covered for 99 % of the time.

  • Easy bike goes in against the front chock , rear slider in pictures slide on rear wheel, it’s the pulled up. That’s it , it’s why professional race teams in Europe use it , no damage seals or stress on the bike or set up

  • I can offer free accedental damage insurance because the system I run , quality not quantity. I’m a qualified rigger , Tie downs require you to rachet the bikes down so hard there less than a inch movement or the hooks come off , the angles and space need to rig multiple bikes correctly plus the lateral Loads and if you come of the axels Murphy law says the tie’s has a slow puncher bike falls over, I’ll take quality every time .

  • insurance and safety . I’m a qualified rigger and fitter, most portable folding ramps are distributive load not SWL I.e says 300 kg on the side but that’s spread out in 50kg points along the ramp ( distributed ) thus automatically voided the insurance according to work safe and the underwriter’s Plus there dangerous just YouTube motorbike loading disasters 😂

  • No I take photos at collection and delivery as stipulated by the insurance company , if I filled out a condition report I’m then liable for every scratch, dent ding not on the report I’d be mad not to.
